All products may be returned within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Beyond the allowed 30 day period up to 90 days, returns will be credited with store credit. Customers may purchase or exchange products with store credit. Products must be returned undamaged in the original packaging. Please make sure to include a copy of the sales invoice with your return. Once your order has been received and inspected by our staff, we will promptly refund your credit card or PayPal ® account. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Please visit our return portal to receive a return merchandize authorization number (RMA) and a return label.

Step1. Obtain Return Authorization Number (RMA) and Return Label
Step 2:  Package order carefully, print label, and attach to original packaging.  Seal box and drop at your local U.S. Postal Service.
Step 3: Click here to submit a support request via our website so we may assist you in locating the appropriate replacement light for your vehicle.  If possible, please include a photo(s) of your spoilerlight or third brake light for identification.

Damaged Products:
Any product received that is damaged or broken during the shipping process in any way will be supplied with a new product. The item must be returned in it’s damaged form. Once the item is received by spoilerlights.com we will then promptly send out a replacement product in it’s place.

Items may not be returned if they are damaged in any way due to customer negligence. This includes damage in the process of installation, modification, or simple negligence. We have had some customers attempt to cut their spoiler lights to try and make them fit or even cut the casing and take the led strips out of the lens. DO NOT DO THIS! We will not accept returns where the customer has modified the spoiler light in any way. This includes cutting of the wiring, damage or alteration of the light from its original form in any way. Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip. Our warranty guarantees that your product will work provided it has not been damaged by negligence, an automobile accident, or damages caused by the customer.

Purchased the wrong product?
Products may be returned within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date in cases of customers purchasing the incorrect replacement light. An additional charge of $9.75 for domestic orders and $27.25 for international orders will be charged to the customers credit card for new shipping and handling fees. Any price differences in products incurred during an exchange will be charged or credited accordingly. Items may not be returned if they are damaged in any way due to customer negligence. This includes damage in the process of installation, modification, or simple negligence. Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip. Exchanges must be processed within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. We recommend submitting a support request f you are unsure of the replacement light for your vehicle.
