All of our products are guaranteed with a three-year limited warranty. We guarantee that your spoiler light will work perfectly. If there are any problems, we will accept the light as a return and send you a new spoiler light. We will even refund your shipping costs to you for having to return your spoiler light to us!
Items may not be returned if they are damaged in any way due to customer negligence. This includes damage in the process of installation, modification, or simple negligence. We have had some customers attempt to cut their spoiler lights to try and make them fit or even cut the casing and take the led strips out of the lens. DO NOT DO THIS! We will not accept returns where the customer has modified the spoiler light in any way. This includes cutting of the wiring, damage or alteration of the light from its original form in any way. Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip. Our warranty guarantees that your product will work provided it has not been damaged by negligence, an automobile accident, or damages caused by the customer.
