Jeep Cherokee XJ Custom Spoiler/Decklid & Spoilerlight | 1997-2001

Description

This is a custom spoiler designed for the 1997-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ Sport.  This spoiler is identical to our first generation spoiler except it houses our 16.5″ 2 Hole Spoilerlight as its third brake light.  We currently offer this spoilerlight available with a red lens, clear lens, and smoked lens.  All versions light up red.

Spoiler Styling & Lighting Features
This spoiler adds a modern flare to the XJ while not detracting from the XJ’s classic boxy style. The shape of the spoiler is very similar to the shape of the back of the XJ, boxy, yet sleek and attractive. The spoiler light designed for this spoiler  is our 16.5″ 2 Hole Spoilerlight®. The spoiler fits snuggly to the tailgate of the XJ. It is mounted with the aid of 3M adhesive and includes bolting holes on the spoiler for mounting the spoiler securely to the tailgate.  Please Note: The installation of this spoiler requires plotting and drilling pilot holes into the tailgate to secure the spoiler to the tailgate.  We do not recommend using only 3M tape as it is not a secure mounting method and you risk the spoiler flying off your XJ.

Our XJ Spoiler is finely crafted under ISO-9001 manufacturing conditions and carries our lifetime warranty as long as you own the vehicle for defects in material and workmanship.

Painting & Installation
All spoilers come primered and unpainted and require professional painting to match the color of your vehicle.  We cannot paint your spoiler as we do not have a paint shop.  We recommend you have your spoiler painted and installed by a professional paint and body shop for optimal installation results.   We highly recommend our customers have the spoiler professionally installed and painted by a qualified auto body mechanic.
